CHICAGO – A class of Boeing stockholders claims the company misled investors about the safety of an automated stall-prevention system blamed for a crash that killed all 189 people on board a Lion Air flight in Indonesia last month, which caused stock to drop $44 per share, or about 12.5 percent.
