Shingles vaccine

PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania denied pharmaceutical giant Merck’s motion to dismiss a product liability class action over its Zostavax shingles vaccine. Merck has unduly delayed the proceedings, so its motion is untimely.
