SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld sanctions imposed against shoe company U.S.A. Dawgs in its suit accusing Crocs of illegally accessing confidential information about a sale of Dawgs’ shoes on Zulily. The online store explained to Dawgs several times before it filed suit that such information was “readily available to all vendors.”
