Shoe woes

OAKLAND, Calif. — A federal court in California allowed consumers’ class action to continue against shoemaker Gravity Defyer Medical Technology, which allegedly misrepresents their shoes’ pain relief benefits and has already been sued by the FTC over the potentially bogus promises.
