Sig Sauer pistols alleged to drop-fire

CONCORD, N.H. — A federal court in New Hampshire declined to certify a class in a case in which a police officer claims Sig Sauer’s P320 pistol is susceptible to drop firing, or discharging when it is dropped, in part because individual fact issues in each claimant’s case would predominate over common questions of fact.
