The Federal Trade Commission claims the Health Center Inc. and its owner Peggy Pearce, both of Las Vegas, made $8.3 million by pushing Rejuvi-Cell products with <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Snake-Oil.pdf"><strong>bogus claims</strong> </a>that they can “treat, mitigate, or cure a myriad of diseases and health conditions,” including Alzheimer’s disease, in federal court.

LAS VEGAS — The Federal Trade Commission claims in a federal complaint that the Health Center Inc. and its owner Peggy Pearce, both of Las Vegas, made $8.3 million by pushing Rejuvi-Cell products with bogus claims that they can “treat, mitigate, or cure a myriad of diseases and health conditions,” including Alzheimer’s disease.
