Snowmobile crash

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — An appeals court in New York overruled the lower court’s refusal to dismiss a snowmobile club from a negligence lawsuit arising from a snowmobile crash. The evidence does not show that the club willfully caused a crash, only that some safety signage was not visible to the snowmobile trail’s users.
