'Something Strange on Her Feet'

OLATHE, Kan. (CN) – A Gold’s Gym trainer rubbed his penis on and ejaculated on a woman’s feet during a massage, the woman claims in court.     The woman, A.C., sued Gregory Darrell Davis and Gold’s Gym, in Johnson County Court.     A.C. claims Davis took her into a back room at the Gold’s Gym in Merriam, Kan., to give her a massage on Sept. 29, 2011.     She says she was lying on her stomach, and that “during the massage plaintiff felt something strange on her feet that did not feel like Davis’ hands. Plaintiff turned around toward Davis to see him rubbing his exposed penis on her feet.     “Immediately after turning to see Davis rubbing his exposed penis on her feet Davis ejaculated on plaintiff’s feet,” the complaint states.     A.C. seeks damages for battery, vicarious liability, negligence, negligent hiring and supervision, and emotional and psychological suffering.     She is represented by Michael Joshi of Lenexa, Kan.
