LAS VEGAS (CN) – Actress Lindsay Lohan failed to pay more than $41,000 for two years’ worth of “mobile tanning services,” a woman claims in Clark County Court. Lorit Simon of Tanning Vegas says Lohan agreed to pay both the “requisite fee” for her services and “travel and other related expenses” for her commute from Las Vegas to Lohan’s home in Los Angeles. Simon and Lohan created and launched a self-tanning spray called Sevin Nyne in 2009, according to the company’s website. Soon after the launch, both women were sued by a skin care company whose formula Sevin Nyne allegedly ripped off. Lorit seeks $41,000, along with attorneys’ fees, for breach of contract. She is represented by D. Neal Tomlinson with Snell & Wilmer.
