LUXEMBOURG – Three prestressing-steel companies that the European Commission fined for fixing prices persuaded the EU General Court to reduce their fines Wednesday. The three companies that received reductions are Ori Martin, voestalpine and voestalpine Austria Draht, now called voestalpine Wire Rod Austria. English translations of the decisions involving these companies are not available.
