Stock Manipulation

Four people made $34 million by manipulating the stock price of Biozoom, which is not a party to the suit, the SEC <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Stock-Manipulation.pdf">claims</a></strong> in a federal complaint.

MANHATTAN — Francisco Abellan Villena and Guillermo Ciupiak, both of Barcelona; James B. Panther Jr. of Carlsbad, Calif., and Faiyaz Dean, of Vancouver, B.C., made $34 million by manipulating the price of (nonparty) Biozoom stock, the SEC claims in a federal complaint.
