MANHATTAN – MiniFrame, of Israel, sued Microsoft for $1 billion in a federal antitrust complaint, claiming Microsoft abused its dominance of the operating-systems market to tortiously interfere with numerous MiniFrame deals with potential clients, including Samsung, Toshiba, LG, Nvidia and Hewlett-Packard.
