Suing the Boston Pops

LOS ANGELES – The Boston Symphony Orchestra used a copyrighted multimedia “photo symphony” without paying for it during the Boston Pops 2011-12 season, Visions of America claims in a federal lawsuit demanding at least $1.2 million.
