WEST PALM BEACH, Calif. (CN) – An Argentine businessman has withdrawn the lawsuit he filed against Florida-based financial advisers over $6 million. Matias Garfunkel and his company Alinghi S.A. had suedFrank Leon Holder, Susan Jollie Hahn and FTI Consulting in Palm Beach County Court in November 2012. They voluntarily dismissed the complaint with prejudice in June 2013. The complaint described various multimillion investments that Garfunkel allegedly made upon the advice of Holder and FTI Consulting.
