WASHINGTON (CN) – The **U.S. Supreme Court has rejected without comment a $30 billion shareholder lawsuit against some of the investment banks involved in **Enron Corp. ‘s 2001 collapse, including **Merrill Lynch & Co. , **Credit Suisse First Boston and Barclays Bank PLC . The University of California led the class action accusing the investment banks of helping Enron conceal its losses.
