SAN DIEGO (CN) – Target Corp . defrauds its customers by advertising products and selling them through its Web site as “Made in the U.S.A.” though they are made in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and elsewhere – and often are shipped with labels identifying them as made overseas – a class-action complaint claims in Superior Court.
