Tax Exemption

The Ohio Supreme Court upheld a property tax exemption for Ohio State University’s airport, also known as Don Scott Field, finding that “airport use itself qualifies as an exempt ‘public purpose’” and hangars and offices leased for private use do not need to be “split-listed” as taxable.
