Teacher Charged|With Child Pornography

HOUSTON (CN) – A third-grade teacher was arrested and charged with distributing child pornography, federal prosecutors said.     Juan A. Villareal, 52, was arrested after an undercover officer downloaded three movies showing children engaging in sex acts and traced the movies to Villareal’s computer, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a statement.     “In one scene, the female victim can be seen covering her face with her hands while the adult male ejaculates on her face and in her hair. The closing credits provide ‘starring 8-year-old Tara,’” prosecutors said in the statement.     The Houston Independent School District confirmed that Villareal teaches third grade at Anderson Elementary School, prosecutors said.     Federal agents executed a search warrant at Villareal’s house and found child pornography on his computer’s thumb drive, according to the U.S. attorney.     If convicted, Villareal faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.     He was scheduled to appear in court today (Wednesday) for arraignment.     HISD officials said there was no indication that any of its students were in the photos seized from Villarreal, the Houston Chronicle reported.
