MANHATTAN — A federal court in New York denied Mirsad Kandic’s request to admit sworn out-of-court statements that he claims would prove that an Australian suicide bomber was radicalized prior to meeting him. Kandic is charged with conspiring to provide, providing, and attempting to provide support to ISIS.
