MANHATTAN – The Naked Cowboy, a Times Square entertainer, is in Federal Court again, claiming that CBS and Bell-Phillip Television violated his trademark, defrauded him and injured his reputation in an episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” which featured a drunk “sexually charged” character in his persona.
