PITTSBURGH (CN) – A RICO class-action claim accuses **RMG Technologies of selling a device that lets retailers elude Ticketmaster’s online security system to buy large blocks of tickets, which they resell for elevated prices. Co-defendants **National Event Co. II, and **Designer Tickets and Tours dba LasVegasTickets.com are accused of defrauding customers and Ticketmaster, and of computer fraud, business interference, unjust enrichment, breach of contract and copyright violations.
