LOS ANGELES (CN) – Ticketmaster has defrauded customers of $7 to $9 a month since April 2004 , a class-action lawsuit claims in Federal Court. Ticketmaster signs up customers for “an unwanted online coupon service, without the customer’s knowledge” that sends a deceptive message asking them to re-enter their email address to “confirm” their order.
