Trans harassment in the Army

BALTIMORE — A federal court in Maryland dismissed the hostile work environment and retaliation claims brought by a Army Special Forces combat veteran who is also a trans woman, but preserves her Rehabilitation Act claim alleging that her medical documents were improperly shared by her supervisor with other officials who had harassed her for her gender identity. Discovery will proceed on that claim.
