CINCINNATI — An appeals court in Ohio upheld a ruling in favor of gun rights groups that found Cincinnati’s ban on firearm “trigger activators,” such as bump stocks, unconstitutional. The city’s ordinance is an “invalid exercise of home-rule authority.”
