CLEVELAND – An Ohio man claims in state court that a real estate deal with Darrell Scott, a black pastor who worked on President Donald Trump’s transition team, was a formal land contract, not a lease option, that Scott breached by defaulting on a payment arrangement.

The plaintiff is Munna L. Agarwal and the defendants are Darrel Scott [sic], Belinda Scott and New Spirit Revival Center Ministries Inc.
