Turkey and Iran

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit dismissed, on forum grounds, a lawsuit filed by 867 U.S. government employees or their surviving family against a Republic of Turkey-owned bank that allegedly funneled more than $1 billion for Iran, which the Americans implicate in six terrorist attacks. Turkey is an adequate forum for the group’s claims and most of the plaintiffs live abroad anyway.
