CHICAGO (CN) – Two former security officers sued Neiman-Marcus for conspiracy, claiming store managers claimed to have caught them on video “in sexual activity with each other,” and then showed the tape to people inside and outside the company. The plaintiffs are represented in Cook County Court by Mark Merrick.
