SANTA ANA, Calif. — Two women sued Uber and a driver in Orange County Court, Calif., claiming he automatically locked their doors when they entered, then exposed himself and masturbated while wrongfully imprisoning them. It’s the 25th case filed against Uber this year claiming assault, and the 15th alleging sexual assault.
