Unconstitutional Law Will Ruin Them,|Organic Dairies Tell State of California

HOLLISTER, CALIF. (CN) – The **State of California is unconstitutionally driving organic dairies out of business by a nonsensical law, AB 1735, that requires them to produce milk with fewer than 10 coliform bacteria per ml, **Organic Pastures Dairy and Claravale Farm claim. The dairies say there are all sort of coliform bacteria, many of them harmless, and they live in mammals’ digestive tracts, so the brainless law will ruin them, as compliance is impossible.
