Undocumented Workers May Unionize, Court Says

WASHINGTON (CN) – The D.C. Circuit ruled that the National Labor Relations Act does not bar undocumented workers from unionizing because there is no evidence that the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 altered the Act’s definition of “employee.” See ruling.
