Unfairly arrested?

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A federal court in New York allowed an incarcerated, self-representing man to sue two Glens Falls police officers for false arrest and deliberate indifference for allegedly arresting him on false charges of choking and imprisoning a woman, even though she testified that no crime had taken place.
