DENVER (CN) – The 10th Circuit has declined to revive the claims of two Mexican-American faculty members at the University of Denver, who accused university officials of treating them in a rude, uncivil and offensive manner. The court ruled that the U.S. Supreme Court has not expanded the scope of actions that could be considered “adverse employment actions.” See ruling.
