VA Tosses Written Consent for HIV Testing

WASHINGTON (CN) – Veteran patients no longer have to provide written consent to receive testing for the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. They also need not undergo pre- and post-test counseling specific to HIV, according to a Department of Veterans Affairs rule.     Click on the document icon for new federal regulations.
