Vaccine mandate

NEW YORK – The Second Circuit affirmed the dismissal of an employee’s ADA claims who alleges he was fired for resisting his employer’s Covid-19 vaccination policy. The employee was clearly fired for violating the vaccination policy, which was announced before he made any complaints about the Covid-19 policies. This policy applied to all employees regardless of whether they had engaged in protected activity.
