CHICAGO (CN) – A woman claims Village of Matteson police Officer German Salamanca sexually assaulted her at the police station after arresting her on a DUI charge, and that the Village “received the rape kit” taken from her by a hospital, but “has failed to acknowledge the whereabouts of this evidence.” She demands punitive damages from the village and Salamanca. She is represented in Cook County Court by Michael Cetina of Oakbrook Terrace.
