PROVO, UTAH (CN) – Wal-Mart violated consumer laws and lured shoppers to Day After Thanksgiving sales by failing to disclose that it had limited quantities of advertised items, or none at all, 130 plaintiffs claim in Utah County Court. Shoppers all over Utah, some of whom went to the stores at 3 a.m., add that Wal-Mart printed a disclaimer in 7-point type rather than the legally required 10-point type. See complaint.
