Warden's firing

MADISON, Wis. — A federal court in Wisconsin ruled against a former deputy warden with the state’s Department of Corrections who claimed his firing violated his First Amendment and due process rights. The man was fired after a newspaper ran a story about several incendiary memes — including one comparing Muslims to garbage — that he posted on his Facebook page.
