Warrant seal approved

PHILADELPHIA — An appeals court in Pennsylvania upheld the trial court’s denial of media outlets’ motion to intervene in, and decision to seal the public docket of, a criminal case involving a man who allegedly hired a hitman to kill his former business partner after relations soured. Arrest warrant info was appropriately sealed given the sensitivity of prosecutors’ ongoing investigation.
