Was DraftKings’ ‘risk-free bet’ promise misleading?

PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania allowed gamblers to pursue deceptive advertising claims against DraftKings over its “risk-free bet” promotion. The gamblers plausibly alleged they were misled into believing they would receive cash refunds, not non-withdrawable credits, when they lost their bets.
