Water bottle labeling

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld a California federal court’s determination that consumers are unlikely to be confused or misled into thinking that Arrowhead-brand water is sourced exclusively from Arrowhead Mountain, notably because the back of the label “conspicuously lists the sources of the spring water in large capital letters.”
