Weightlifting gender discrimination

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Court of Appeals reversed the lower court’s decision to grant summary judgment to a trans woman and competitive weightlifter, who says she was discriminated against when USA Powerlifting did not allow her to compete in its women’s division.
