SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge ordered a class Monday to amend their claims that Wells Fargo encourages retailers to build the fees they must pay Wells Fargo to use its credit cards into the price of goods and services, while telling customers the goods and services are being financed at zero percent interest, unjustly enriching itself in violation of lending and consumer laws.
