YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO (CN) - WQXK forced a radio contest winner to pay for his “prize,” Michael Miller says. After winning a two-year lease on a 2006 Jeep Commander in the station’s “Where in the World do You Want to Go” contest, Miller says, the station conned him into signing a lease agreement and he had to make the monthly payments out of his own pocket to protect his credit rating. See complaint in Mahoning County Court.
