"Where's the beef?"

DES MOINES, Iowa — A livestock breeding company held on to a $460,000 judgment in its favor in its lawsuit accusing a couple of losing Michiyoshi – a full-blood black Wagyu bull they were boarding as part of a breeding agreement – and trying to pass off another bull in his place. The jury’s verdict was upheld by an Iowa Court of Appeals judge, who said that despite a trial and years of litigation, “we are just as confused” as when the case began as to how Michiyoshi “disappeared into thin air.”
