CLEVELAND – Romanian immigrant author Stella Moga Kennedy claims Thomas Jacobs and his company BZ Media bilked her of $40,000 with which Jacobs claimed he would make a film about her life based on her book, “Stella’s Way,” but he never made the flick and returned only $2,000.
