WASHINGTON (CN) – A federal magistrate has ordered the White House to answer a query seeking missing email messages written from 2003 to 2005 during an investigation into the outing of a CIA operative, the Associated Press reports. U.S. Magistrate John Facciola gave the White House five business days to reveal whether backup files contained the missing email.
