Wild Horses

Circuit <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Wild-Horses-Modoc-RULING.pdf">ruled</a></strong> Friday.

WASHINGTON – An effort by the U.S. Forest Service to correct a decades-old map error by removing a tract of land joining two other tracts on which wild horses are protected illegally took 23,000 acres from the horses, the D.C. Circuit ruled Friday.
