Windstorm coverage

ATLANTA — The Eleventh Circuit reversed a ruling in favor of an insurer that denied a church’s claims for property damages caused by Hurricanes Matthew and Irma. One of the church’s policies unambiguously convers losses from named windstorms, and the second is ambiguous in its text but specifically mentions named windstorms in its deductible provision.
