<center>Woman Hurt by Exploding Toilet</center>

PHILADELPHIA (CN) – An exploding toilet on the 8th floor of an office building blew a woman out of the stall and injured her spine, she claims in the Court of Common Pleas.     Nikita Fulton seeks arbitration of her complaint against the owners and operators of the Market Street building: Becker Ventures, 1900 Market Street GP, OSEB Associates and Brandywine Construction & Management.      She is represented by Joseph Aversa with Aversa & Linn.
