Would You Rather Settle?

LOS ANGELES (CN) – Zobmondo Entertainment says it’s sold hundreds of thousands of board games “based on the traditional conversational game known as ‘would you rather,’” since 1998. Now, to its shock and dismay, it says Imaginational International has the brass to push its own board game as “Justin and Dave’s Original Would You Rather …? Board Game.” Zobmondo demands a federal injunction and damages for false advertising.
